Our leadership framework, models and concepts are rooted in neuroscience and best practice research, solid life principles, contemporary business models, tools and architecture, and uses highly effective principles of adult learning to engage participants in real learning.
We work with our clients in the spirit of Ubuntu. We know that our success completely depends on our clients’ successes. We engage with our clients to create a custom, actionable program that is measured against specific deliverables agreed upfront. Client satisfaction is always our priority.
Our programs are delivered in a convenient format that minimises disruptions to daily operations. Workshops take place once a month, for a total of 12 class days over 10 months.
